Our Warranty

Auto Glass Fitters offers a limited lifetime warranty on the installation of replacement glass.  We will repair or replace it at no charge in the event of a problem.  This warranty is limited to defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass was repaired or replaced, so long as such defects are brought to the attention of Auto Glass Fitters within 30 days of discovery.  If we are unable to repair or replace the warranted product, or correct the defective workmanship we will refund the original purchase price.  Auto Glass Fitters will require a copy of an invoice as evidence of installation to honor this warranty. 

Windshield Repairs

Auto Glass Fitters guarantees the repaired section of the windshield will not crack further or we will credit the cost of the repair toward a replacement.  If the repair is not completed to your satisfaction, we will credit the cost of the repair toward replacement.  The insurance company will receive credit if the repair was processed as an insurance claim. 

Auto Glass Fitters will not be responsible for instances in which the repair process results in the chip or crack becoming larger.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having damage or rust on the pinch weld.  Auto Glass Fitters will use reasonable efforts to advise you of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of existing glass, however, this may not be possible.  In these cases, Auto Glass Fitters is not responsible for any associated damage.

Any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than Auto Glass Fitters, automatically void this Limited Warranty.  Damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is excluded from coverage under this warranty.
